I saw an ad on Facebook about a week ago for the WhoInspiresU.ca video essay contest, sponsored by TRI CYCLEN LO. I watched a few of the other entries on YouTube.com and pondered what my video entry could look like.
After lots of dreaming about it – I took a leap of faith! As my husband would remind me – I do many things at the last minute – this video would be added to that list. The deadline is tonight and the chance to compete for Round 1 is past. However, I have my fingers and toes crossed that my video will be selected as one of the Top 20. That way – you can vote on me in Round 2!
I recorded everything with my laptop and the web cam that it was built with. I’ve learned so much the last 4 days creating this video – that no matter the outcome – I stepped outside of my comfort zone and self taught myself to make a video. The rules were that I had to create on my own, so despite my love to delegate and utilize my networks skill set – I was on my own!
Thanks to you – my friends and followers – I had the courage to submit an entry into the contest.
