Eat Pray Love

I love being inspired!

This morning, I learned something really cool from a comment my friend Tiffany made on a blog that I follow. The post and comment were about the book, Eat, Pray, Love.

Tiffany shared that it is going to debut as a movie this summer! I started to read this book about a year and a half ago and honestly put it to the side before finishing (I recently heard that the first 23 pages determine whether you’re going to read the whole book or not!).

This new movie features one of my favorite actresses – Julia Roberts (love Pretty Woman and many others). The storyline looks awesome and makes me want to read the rest of the book before the movie opens!

I watched this trailer on Elizabeth Gilbert’s website and got shivers. It looks like it’s going to be an amazing movie!

For someone addicted to personal growth and committed to investing in myself for the rest of my life – this may be the ultimate movie!!

A NEW movie trailer with more scenes, was just released on Facebook – I posted it on my Business Fan Page HERE!

I would absolutely pick up my entire life and live out of a suitcase for an entire year – exploring the world that is in our backyard. Would you?

Live Inspired,

  1. I absolutely LOVE that book! So amazing. She is an amazing writer. It’s so funny that you are talking about it right now… Quite a few of the blogs that I have read lately have mentioned this book in some form or another… Whether it’s a quote or about how it inspired them… Amazing how things in life go!
You should definitely pick up that book and read it!:) I’m sure you’ll love it!

    Krista:)

  2. Ooo I just got chills to! I just got back from Chapters, but I am definetly going to read this now.

  3. This book changed my life, but I’m never sure about book-based movies… until I watched that trailer! Thanks for sharing! I think Julia Roberts is going to do an amazing job of bringing Elizabeth’s experience to life.

I can’t wait for the movie now!

  4. Oooo…I inspired a blog! :) It’s not making your quote box…..but it’s a step in that direction!

I loved the book–I thought she was really funny and insightful. Robyn, you’ll love the “Love” chapter for sure!

As much as I like Julia Roberts, I’m questioning if she’s who I would have cast in this role. I could have seen someone more like Diane Lane….but I’m sure Julia will knock it out of the park too!

  5. Tiffany, perhaps a trip to Canada is warranted so we can all judge the movie together? I’ll pick you up at the airport on the way to Robyn’s!
