Gratitude Journal

Today is Canadian Thanksgiving! One of my favorite annual holidays.

I learned about the concept of utilizing a Gratitude Journal while working with my coach.

I keep mine in my nightstand and write in it every couple weeks. I’ve heard you could or should write in it daily. However, as an eternal optimist I catch myself recognizing what I’m grateful in my mind everyday and haven’t made time to put my daily thoughts into words. I suggest you do what works best for you, but I dare you to start a Gratitude Journal!

Write whatever comes to mind. Share everything you’re grateful for! When life gets tough and you face obstacles, reference your journal for inspiration and a glimpse of hope.

Thanksgiving is only celebrated once a year (or twice if you’re like me and recognize the holiday on both sides of the border), but it’s important to reflect on what we’re grateful for daily!

Thank you so much for following my blog and for your amazing support. I’m extremely grateful to have you in my life!

Much Thanks,

P.S. Remember to take a couple minutes each week and write a hand written note or card to someone that you’re grateful to have in your life.
