The fabulous Chef Beazley grew up in Texas - where it gets REALLY hot in the summer! When meal time rolls around, the idea of eating warm food isn’t very appealing. We’ve had fun creating cool summer cuisine. John is working on getting the recipes prepared to share with you - in his own online cookbook! My talented hubby enjoyed making crepes for his first time! They were for an absolutely divine meal that he cooked – I’ll have to share pictures of it later. However, with the leftover crepes - I made a cool summer dessert with blueberries inside:

Drinks – summer requires amazing cool beverages to enjoy on the patio and have ready when company stops in. John found a recipe for this phenomenal frozen drink – when he had leftover wine to use. The wine lover in him, didn’t want to throw it out or consume a couple days after opening. Merlot Ice:
