From the mom-to-be,

Go Canada Go!

Last night, my hubby and I watched the Olympic Men’s Hockey game – Canada vs USA! John’s Facebook status made me giggle:

“I love my wife…home made pizza and cold beer for the hockey game. We rooted for different teams, mine won, I’m so spoiled.”

Despite Canada’s loss last night – there is still hope for a podium finish ;)

The most hopeful part of the game for Canada:

Yummy supper!

Here are 2 websites that I found with the help of Google to make my homemade Chicken Feta Pizza last night!

Homemade Pizza Crust (I was looking for a quick one as I knew my hubby was hungry…ok, I was also not patient enough to wait for it to rise either!)

Chicken Feta toppings (I skipped the Spinach this time)

Happy Cheering & Cooking,
Robyn

Happy Canada Day

I hope you’ve had an amazing Canada Day, celebrating our freedom with family and friends. I woke up this morning and while laying in bed spent a few minutes reflecting on my blessed life. I am so grateful to be a Canadian. Born and raised in a modern society with freedom and safety.

Representing the west and east on Canada Day!

Canada Day was my first day at Stampede Park getting ready for the Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth. I was thrilled that my friend Stephanie was out from Ontario, for a couple weeks to help the Agriculture department.

What did YOU do to celebrate Canada Day?
