Being an Aunt

Now that I am an Aunt to 4 amazing children in just over 10 months – I love discovering neat activities and products for this age group! I also know that many of our amazing followers are Mothers, Aunts, Grandparents and Cousins.

I have fallen in LOVE with my wicked friend Bonnie‘s girls clothes – Sugarbum Fairy! I love that the different styles are named after her two daughters. Lucky me – I have 3 nieces to spoil! Be sure to ”like” the Sugarbum Fairy Facebook page to view for more pics!

I encourage you to learn more about making your own Crayons on my awesome friend Crystal’s blog. I was excited to learn that many crayons are made from soybeans – gotta love supporting Agriculture and your local farmers.

Live Inspired,

Alexis’ 1st Christmas

Uncle John and Aunt Robyn had a truly outstanding time seeing family and friends in Texas over the holidays. Our highlights were around seeing our 5 1/2 month old niece, Alexis!

Her Christmas dress was precious:

Santa brought Alexis a cool horse that makes noise!

Alexis loves to smile!!

It was fun to see Alexis again – since the first time we met her, was when she was just born in July.

Love being an Aunt,
Robyn

Very soon…

…we’ll be an Aunt & Uncle again to a NEW Niece in Texas! Cheyenne is her name.

I’ve learned that in Texas (maybe it’s all of the States OR just my in-loves community) that expectant babies are named before their arrival. John has already informed me that when we have children one day, they will also be named ahead of time, because it’s believed that you can’t bring an unnamed child into this world!?

Anyway…we’re really looking forward to hearing of Cheyenne’s arrival and seeing pictures of her!

Jeff & Tasha (parents to be!)

Jeff & Tasha got married last year and allowed us a fabulous excuse to travel to Texas for their wedding! Be sure to go back to and see the pics of our trip (Glimpse of Texas & Texas Wishes).

John missed a phone call this afternoon from his brother, the proud father-to-be and I was SURE it was to announce her arrival. I was wrong! He he…soon enough – all in God’s time.

Excited to be an Aunt again,
Robyn

P.S. More bragging entries as Aunt Robyn!

Texas Christmas

John and I are SUPER excited to be Texas bound on Thursday morning. Only 3 more sleeps…

It’ll be fun to be part of our niece Alexis’ first Christmas.

Alexis with Santa

John had a blast wrapping Alexis & Sloan’s Christmas gifts. His thought was that they needed something easy to grab and tear open ;) He left it open, loose, and saggy like this!

Wrapping Gifts

Have fun sharing the joy of life with others! Merry Christmas.

Sloan’s 1st Christmas

I’m absolutely in love with my nephew Sloan!

Sloan Meets Santa

Sloan met Santa this past weekend at my brother-in-love’s work Christmas party.

My sister informed us that Sloan doesn’t need any gifts for Christmas, that he would be happy with some paper. Be careful what you ask for ;)

Ironically…that’s what he was excited about when visiting Santa as well! He wouldn’t sit still and loved eating the paper.

Sloan Meets Santa 2

Merry 1st Christmas Sloan!

1, 2, 3

WOW! For the 1st time, 2 babies, in 3 days!

John and I became an Aunt & Uncle this week to a nephew and a niece. They were born 3 days apart.
