Damien is out in Calgary right now taking his "Derrick-Hand" course (I believe the techinical term is Rig Technician Level 2, hehe). He will be done on October 2nd - I'm flying out there to meet up with him, and then we're driving out there and yes, we'll be driving through the Rockies!! Then we're planning to drive home on the Yellowhead and maybe pop through Lakeland College for a visit :) I will certainly be posting some pictures of our trip once we return - I'm way behind on that as it is! And I love your idea of a late-night snack :) On the very first weekend in October, Damien and I are headed out to Banff & Jasper National Parks - we are SO pumped! I've been to Banff, but only when I was really little so it's hard to remember certain things.
